The Fricsan Bakehouse opens in late Spring 2019. Based around a traditional bread oven firing on a Thursday night and cooking traditionally as the oven cools over the weekend, serving hot oven food through Friday, breakfasts all weekend and Sunday lunches.
The food ethic is organic, wholefood, locally sourced where possible, it will be wholesome, tasty and filling. We will also have a selection of kraft beers and wines to accompany your meals.
